I feel so incredibly worthless right now. Ive been so sad since January and I really don’t know how to get rid of this “sickness”. I feel physically melted and ugly. I watch myself get heavier and heavier and I can’t even focus on my daily life. Everything sucks dick and I don’t know whether to cry everything out, or just do nothing and be miserable.
